Session Fee

A $10 session fee applies for each individual costume photographed, per dancer. Siblings can be photographed together at no extra cost — as long as each dancer’s session fee has been paid. Please note: Session fees cover the photography session only; prints and digital images are sold separately. Individual images are optional. Session fees are non-refundable once paid.

Group & Duet Photos

Group and duet photos are required for the dance program and are taken at no charge. Even if you don’t participate in individual photos, your dancer must be in costume and ready at the scheduled time to be included in the group shot.

Multiple Dancers

Each dancer pays the individual session fee, per costume. If you’re paying for more than one dancer at a time, please list all dancers’ names on the payment page, and the costumes you want photographed to make check-in smooth and easy.

Ordering Incentive

Every dancer who participates in individual photos will receive one $10 Voucher Per Dancer (not per costume) to use toward their online image order — a little thank-you for capturing their star moment!

Program Book Ad Images

All dancers’ group and duet images are included in the program book at no charge. If you’d like your dancer to be featured individually, you can do so by:

1. Purchasing an ad through The Dance Studio

2. Purchasing digital images from kp studios
